One of the most recognized brands in gift retailing, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM® provides a broad range of thoughtful gifts - including flowers, plants, gourmet foods, candies, gift baskets and other unique gifts. Last Thanksgiving I ordered two table centerpieces from these guys for my aunts and one arrived on time and the other did not. I called them up and they were very apologetic and gave me a gift certificate for the amount of the centerpiece. They could have very easily blamed the shipping company or somebody else but they took full responsibility for the miss-hap.

I find this type of customer service refreshing and worth noting. I will definitely go back to 1-800-Flowers and I will promote them on my website because of the way I was treated.
