Ever wonder if you qualify as a frugal person? This list might clear things up for ya. Pretty good things to aspire to, the planet would definitely be a better place if we all did just a few of these things. With no further ado here are the top 10 signs you might be a frugal person.
10 - When your spouse leaves the water on while brushing their teeth, you reach over and turn it off.
9 - Your garbage disposal has not been turned on since 2001, instead it all goes in the compost pile.
8 - The manager of your local Starbucks asks you if you are new to the area.
7- You change your vehicle’s oil and oil filter yourself and recycle it.
6- You grow your own vegetables and fruit with your own compost. (see #2)
5- While on leisurely walks, you have been known to pick up not just recyclables, but litter as well.
4- You document, for future reference, the date you turn on your heater every winter for the first time. You then make a silent pact to beat that date next year.
3- Instead of just buying the most popular brand, you research what product is the best value and will last the longest.
2- You collect rain water in a 5 gallon bucket to water your indoor plants and cat. (Well…maybe not the cat, that is what toilets are for, among other things)
1- And the number one reason you might be a frugal person - You have never in your life purchased ketchup, mustard, or relish from the store.

I love this list! I do a few of these. And #2 is particularly funny, though I don’t have a cat.
Pretty silly list. Lynnae, from visiting your blog I know this list could have easily been top 100 reasons you may be frugal!
Good list - I have to admit I’m not too frugal.
