I don’t often blog about personal stuff, but today I am making an exception. I spent the weekend with my good friend and college roommate, Brendan, and his wife Julie, and their 3 terrific children. They live in Houston and Brendan’s wife, Julie, is courageously battling Stage IV Melanoma (inoperable) cancer. He has asked me to join him in raising money to fight this terrible disease that affects 1 in every 2 men and 1 in every 3 women. Please help by donating to the Jimmy V Cancer Research Foundation. They are a truly inspirational family, and through their blog they have helped countless people who are also fighting cancer.
