I believe we have to send things out to the universe to get back more than we have room to receive it. Every major financial advice book I've read talks about the importance of giving in order to have prosperity. I think that being able to let go shows our trust that there is plenty and that we really have plenty. What a lovely lesson you've taught your son. Great point, and oh so true!
