When I’m not saving money, I write business books. Just today, I was talking with my editor about some examples of ingenuity on the part of some businesses. This is a good example that I think I might mention. It’s a small change from the old way of doing things helps customers and the company.) An item that is such a stable in the home, used frequently by parents, and kids alike, should be user friendly. I wonder if it was thoroughly tested for usability before it was introduced into the market place?
