That seems to be the best way to differentiate yourself from the competition. Especially in a tough economic market. Many struggling stores should take note of what Zappos is doing. Make customer satisfaction your #1 goal.</description>

		<description>Although I rarely buy shoes online, when I do it&#039;s from Zappos and Zappos only...I am spoiled with them, so why take the chance of venturing elsewhere?  On a side note, I sent Tony a direct message on Twitter in response to something he posted...and guess what?  He responded personally.  They really do make the customer feel like a rock star!</description>

		<description>I had the privilege of hearing Tony from Zappos speak at SXSW.  I&#039;ve never bought shoes from Zappos, but hearing their philosophy on customer service (it&#039;s their goal to be #1 in that area) made me WANT to buy from Zappos.

I think Zappos will succeed in tough economic times, because of their great customer service.  With horrible CS stories abounding on the internet, I think it&#039;s the retailers with the best customer service that are going to thrive.</description>
