I love these guys. A couple Christmas' ago, a friend brought one of their hams to a party at our house and it was delicious. It came in a special package to keep in the freshness which impressed me. Not many mail order food companies go the extra mile to make sure the food gets to you in the same condition as when it left their warehouse. Since then I have had the opportunity to try some of their other special treats. They include the beef jerky, beef sticks, and fresh fruit. Very good stuff.
