They have something called a 'Compassion Fund', which was established in June 2002. To date, J. Jill has donated over $600,000 to the fund, with over $300,000 made in grants. The program is intended to help women and children through community-based organizations. It is a breath of fresh air to see large companies donating to their communities. I wish more would follow J. Jill's lead in this effort.
